- Insight only work with establishments that they are confident will consistently adhere to their high well-being standards, which includes hotels, restaurants, sightseeing venues.

Terms and Conditions:
$99 per person deposit valid for new bookings only made between 15 June 2020 - 1 September 2020. Deposit due within 5 days of booking. Applicable for travel 1 December 2020 - 31 March 2021. $99 Deposit is combinable with year-round savings. Offer is not applicable to group deposit but can be applied for travellers booking within the group block. $99 per person deposit qualifies for 30-day refund guarantee - cancel for any reason within 30 days of deposit and receive a full refund. Fees (also read below paragraph) apply for cancellation outside 30 days of deposit and/or within final payment due date (whichever comes first). Domestic trips, Local Escapes, (AU & NZ): $99 per person fee outside 30 days of deposit; 50% fee within 30 - 15 days of departure; 100% within 14 - 0 days of departure. Offers: based on availability, does not apply to all trips/ departures, and may be withdrawn at any time and without notice. Flexibility Promise: We are temporarily offering a fee waiver on the land portion of the trip until 30 days prior to departure should guests wish to change their dates or travel to a different destination. Airlines may have different policies and penalty charges, which are the guest’s responsibility. This applies to land bookings only and does not apply to group bookings. If the guest chooses a trip or departure that is more expensive than the original, they are responsible for the difference in price; if the trip or departure is less expensive than the original, a future travel credit will be issued for the difference. Normal penalties apply for full cancellation without rebooking or cancellations within 30 days of departure. Please note guests are responsible for any airline penalties imposed due to trip changes and/or cancellations.
